Okay, Quick Story! 

President Bush has come to West Virginia several times, and on one occasion, I braved the crowds to go hear him speak. Him being a proud Texan and all, I thought I'd try to make him feel at home - SO I dug out my big black cowboy hat that I NEVER wear (I bought it for a costume years ago).

After the speech, I was close enough to and shake hands with him and DID!  Right after he shook my hand, he took a step to shake the next person's hand... but he stopped, turned BACK to me and said with a smile, "I like your hat!"
