THIS is how to
make
a great, fast salad!

Lettuce:
(Iceburg, Romane, Red Leaf, etc.
Sometimes labeled Italian if you by the bag).
- Baby
Spinach (Bagged, prewashed)
- Bell Peppers:
(Red,
Green and Yellow)
- Diced Celery
- Cucumber
(sliced and quartered)

Cut Red Onion
- One Boiled
Egg (shred with back of fork)
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Sharp
Cheddar Cheese
(shredded)
- Carrots (shredded)
- Cubed Ham
- Bacon
Bits
- Garlic Croutons
- La Choy Egg Noodles
- DRENCH with
Balsamic Vinegar!
Buy as much
Pre-cut/Prepared as you can, like lettuce, spinach,
carrots, etc. Then cut everything and keep in the
fridge. Since things will need to be replaced at
different rates - it won't be a big deal keeping it
stocked.
I've been eating my
salad again for about 6 months - and have lost 30+ lbs.
AND I STILL look forward
to it every night! But... I give myself the
weekends to 'cheat'. It keeps me sane. |
